Terms and Conditions


All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no booking will be made.

After the booking, Global Enterprises will send you an email of confirmation which shall be printed and presented on the day of the tour in Brussels.

Requests for modifications must be sent to Global Enterprises by email prior to the day of the tour. Global Enterprises cannot and will not be held responsible for any problems that may happen in case of not receiving the confirmation. In case of not receiving the confirmation, you must notify Global Enterprises at least 72 hours before the date of the tour, by phone or email.


An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment and no refunds can be offered. Please note that the tickets are valid for 12 months after the date of the activity and that it does not hold a nominal feature.

Special circumstances

No compensation of any kind or responsibility can be taken if, due to circumstances beyond the control of us or the relevant service providers, we have to notify a change to your arrangements or we or the relevant service providers cannot supply your arrangements in full or in part as agreed. A circumstance beyond our or the relevant service providers’ control is one that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all due care and includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes and bad weather situations or forecasts. In case of these situations, please note that cancellations will not be possible. However, amendments to the date of the activity will be accepted. Therefore, in the eventually in which a customer is not able to join a tour, the customer will be entitled to reschedule the activity within 12 months of the date of his initial booking. Same policy applies to personal reasons of customers not being able to join the tour and announce it within the time applicable for the refund (severe health issues, missed plane, etc).


Any personal data provided to Global Enterprises will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without the express written consent of the customers. Your email address will only be used to receive the payment confirmation and/or to alert you about any information that you have specifically requested to be notified about.

E-tickets – No withdrawal period

Customer’s purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them electronically. The Customer will need to print the e-ticket and bring the printed copy with them to present to the responsible guide prior to the tour. The voucher will represent the proof of reservation. Should customers fail to show a proof of the booking, the participation on the activity will be denied.

Customer Conduct

We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other participants, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other participants, and we shall have no further liability.

If you have a complaint

Should the client have a complaint about any of their tour arrangements, the client must tell both the relevant supplier and the Company’s representative at the time. It is only if the Company and the relevant supplier know about problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot may result in the client’s ability to claim compensation, if applicable, from the Company being extinguished or at least reduced.

Global Enterprises will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, accidents, injury or delays which may occur either by reason or defect or as act of government or other civil authorities (strikes, heavy weather, etc.) or from any cause beyond Global Enterprises’ control.

Global Enterprises and his suppliers reserve the right to vary the itineraries in order to improve each tour to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage. Global Enterprises and his suppliers reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any tour-departure in accordance with operation requirements. In case of cancellation or reschedule, the customers will be noticed 42 hours before departure and offered the option to choose a refund or the possibility to reschedule the tour.


Any booking made with Global Enterprises will be governed in accordance with these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer at the time of the booking.
